Ordinary eye examinations with an ophthalmologist (a clinical doctor who specializes in eye care and surgical procedure) are very important because humans with normal-tension glaucoma do not enjoy any early symptoms of it.
Due to its silent nature, people do not commonly have any visible lawsuits until late in the course of the disorder. By the time someone with normal-tension glaucoma would be aware imaginative and prescient loss, giant amounts of optic nerve damage and vision loss might have already befell. The optic nerve damage and vision loss are permanent.
